Innovation Park Space For Lease

Innovation Park of Tallahassee is a 208 acre research, development, and technology focused business park with seventeen buildings, totaling one million square feet, providing approximately 1,500 employees with the space to develop the most advanced technology in our area. More than 50 organizations call Innovation Park home, a number that continues to grow. With a solid technological infrastructure already in place and a positive business climate supported by state and local government, Innovation Park is a prime location for companies seeking an edge over the competition. The Park has been the hub of scientific research in North Florida for decades.  The university-based research park is overseen by the Leon County Research and Development Authority. Among the partnerships highly valued by the Authority are those with Florida State University, Florida A & M University, and Tallahassee Community College, as well as those with governmental and business sector representatives. The Authority is governed by a nine-member Board of Governors.
