Corporate Solutions

Tallahassee Community College’s Corporate Solutions is a resource that specializes in improving the performance of organizations through customized training, assessment, and organizational analysis/human performance improvement.

Customized Training:

Our trainings are interactive and fully customized to meet individual business needs.  By tailoring content, as opposed to using “off the shelf” training, participants are more engaged and the transfer of information is greater, which increases return on investment.  We use expert trainers well versed in industry, government, and business practices.  Examples of training options include: Accountability, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Ethics, Presentation Skills, Strategic Planning, Time Management, Etc.

Careful employee pre-screening can drastically decrease the cost associated with turnover and low performing employees.  Corporate Solutions creates organization-specific job profiles to help identify the best fit candidates.  Along with our other assessment tools, this allows employers to: Profile Performers/Positions, Identify Training Direction, Select New Employees, Improve Performance Locally and Worldwide, Etc.

Organizational Analysis/Human Performance Improvement:

Our consulting is a systemic, results-based approach towards improving the efficiency and profitability of businesses.  Specialists assist in identifying business goals, linking goals to performance, identifying deficiencies, and implementing solutions to close any performance gaps.
